Booking Your Hunt

Booking your hunt with Brush Country Whitetails is simple. Just call Klint at
210-213-5306 and we can discuss all of the details and line up dates.

Once a date is set, you can print out a copy of our Hunting Contract from this website. Sign the contract and send it to us with your required deposit. All deposits are non-refundable. The balance of the price of the hunt will be due at the end of the hunt by way of cash, money order or cashier’s check. We will not accept personal checks as final payments. We do not accept credit cards.

Hunting Rules

Guide determines whitetail deer to be harvested.
Non-hunting guests $150/night.
Bring coolers for meat or we can donate your meat for you.
We have an excellent taxidermist that you may elect to leave your animals with. He will discuss his fees with you.
Rifles will be sighted in prior to hunting. We have a comfortable shooting bench at our ranch.
Brush Country Whitetails reserves the right to price any animal on an individual basis. This may differ from the regular price list. Hunter will be notified before he/she pulls the trigger.
A wounded deer is considered a dead deer and hunter will be expected to pay full price for that deer. Guide will determine what the deer scores. We will work extremely hard to find any wounded animals. In the event of having to hire a wounded deer dog, hunter will need to pay for this service. This usually costs $300.
We encourage our hunters to bring flat shooting deer rifles such as .270, 25-06, 30-06, 7 mag, .300 win mag topped with variable scopes.
No ballistic tip bullets.
Guide and cook tips are not included in price of hunt. Customary tips are typically 10-15% of total hunt cost.
We can pick-up and drop-off hunters at San Antonio International Airport for $100/hunter.
All hunters and guests will need to sign a liability release form upon arrival in camp.
